Discovered this outlet just a couple months ago. Even though this home bargain center has been around for nearly a decade, it has cruised below my radar and I’m finding out many others are unaware as well.

Watch this money saving expose on this retail outlet division run by Habitat For Humanity as they  contuinue to serve  the 33% of americans struggling families own their own home.  God bless their efforts.

48 E. Schuyler St. on the east side of city of oswego is a single family home. The asking price of $29,700 does not get me too excited because of the work involved inside. First I’d have the house jacked properly so as not to make it feel like you stepped into a FUNHOUSE. So I’m thinking some where in the lower to mid $20′s for this beast. HUD does lower their prices every month, so your part to play at the moment is to see if this is a right match and then wait. Wait and wait. Patience is a virtue and necessary to score big with HUD’s. For those wanting to know more about this or any other HUD home call John Adolfi at 315-695-6434. DIRECTIONS

315 Belmore Dr. is a 3 bedroom ranch on a slab, no basement and needs 10-15k work to get you going BUT at $45,000 in North Syracuse,  well last I checked you can’t get a town home for less than $58,000. Take the tour, drive by and then call my HUD Hotline at 315-695-6434. I love HUD homes and so will you. Well maybe. I mean if you buy one that is. Grab your phone and call John Adolfi the HUD ninja to answer all your real estate questions at 315-695-6434. DIRECTIONS
